We understand that living alone in South Africa can be daunting, and so we have made it our mission to ensure that the only thing you need to worry about is keeping your Superstars from getting scuffed. Our buildings are now equipped with turnstiles and state-of-the-art fingerprint and visitor access, as well as a 24/7 doorman on site. All tenants, employees and visitors are tracked and monitored by security at all times and observed by a camera control room. For further safety purposes, we also have our own security door lock systems. This gives our tenants the ability to access their rooms via security card-each being room specific and tracked by our head office and control room on site-and thus avoids any break-ins.

Location, location, location. Ah, THAT’S what that means! Our buildings are literally only meters away from campus. This really comes in handy when you desperately need those extra few minutes of sleep, the morning after the night before, and still ensure you get to class on time.

We understand how expensive the cost of living is nowadays. We also understand that you would much rather be spending your loot impressing the hot chick you met in psych class today than you would on rent. That’s why we are super proud to tell you, you can have both (and even impress said chick when she gets back to your place!)
